My understanding is that you wanted to create something like Tinder for university students who are looking for roommates. I think what you should have done was to buy a source code for a Tinder-clone, modify it a bit and there you go, you have the MVP in like 2 weeks. But an app late for 60+ days? That’s ridiculous!

Another thing is that this app would have very very short lifetime. I find a roommate and I delete it, right? Have you thought about converting the users to another app?
