Real estates are especially hard to be converted to chat bots. One reason is that your bot will be more like a hard-to-use search engine (eg. price range is much easier to be set with bars, or choosing a preferred location is best on a map) and the other one is that real estates largely depend on images and messaging platforms are not the best solutions for showing them.
